SELECTIVE LASER SINTERING (SLS)
PROFESSIONAL SLS MANUFACTURING
Selective Laser Sintering is a powder-based additive manufacturing process for producing functional polymer parts.
The process enables complex geometries without the need for support structures and is suitable for individual parts as well as small batches and recurring series production.
CIPRES has many years of experience in SLS manufacturing and the subsequent finishing of additively manufactured components.

PA12 AS
Our versatile standard polyamide for a wide range of applications.
PA12 CS
Ceramic-reinforced PA12 for increased stiffness and dimensional stability.
PA11
Flexible and impact-resistant polyamide for demanding functional applications.
TPU
Elastic material for flexible and deformable components.

For many applications, manufacturing is only the first step.
CIPRES combines additive manufacturing with professional post-processing and surface finishing. This allows components to be adapted to specific functional and visual requirements after production.

FROM 3D DATA TO THE FINISHED PART
You provide the 3D data – we take care of the manufacturing process.
We check the requirements of your component, select the appropriate material and manufacture the parts using additive manufacturing. If required, we also handle subsequent post-processing, coloring and finishing.
The result is a component prepared according to your application and requirements.

Your parts do not have to be manufactured by CIPRES to benefit from our finishing expertise.
If you manufacture additively in-house or work with another production partner, you can send your parts directly to CIPRES for post-processing, coloring and finishing.
