FROM MANUFACTURING TO THE FINISHED PART

CIPRES supports you from additive manufacturing to the fully finished part.

In addition to manufacturing polymer parts, one of our key strengths is the professional post-processing, coloring and surface finishing of additively manufactured components.

We do not only finish parts manufactured by CIPRES. You can also send us externally produced parts for post-processing and finishing.

ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

SELECTIVE LASER SINTERING (SLS)

We manufacture polymer parts using Selective Laser Sintering – from individual prototypes and small batches to recurring series production.

The process enables complex geometries and tool-free production for a wide range of applications.

POST-PROCESSING & FINISHING

Depending on the application, material and required surface quality, different post-processing and finishing technologies are available.

SURFACE EQUALIZATION

Surface equalization is used to clean and prepare additively manufactured parts and provides a more uniform surface.

Tumbling reduces surface roughness and creates a more uniform surface on additively manufactured parts.

With our e-coloring process, we dye additively manufactured polymer parts.

Chemical smoothing can be used to smooth and seal the surfaces of suitable additively manufactured parts.
