In addition to the mere production of your workpieces, we are happy to refine them according to your wishes. Surface finishing is any process that improves the surface of a product and is becoming more and more popular in the field of 3D printing.

After cleaning we tumble, color, smooth, infiltrate, protect or paint your products, depending on which requirements need to be met.

Chemical smoothing

Chemical smoothing is used to straighten, seal and improve parts in their mechanical properties, since the notch effect is reduced by smoothing the layer traces. The surface is melted, giving it a smooth appearance.

Infiltration

We coat your parts to seal the surface so that it is water, gas, or airtight.

UV protection

The UV protection prevents the surfaces from becoming bleached. In addition, the parts become heat and temperature resistant.

Optical brighteners

The yellowing of the components is not stopped as a result, but is not visually visible, so that the parts remain white in the long term.
