Tumbling
Surface grinding is a mechanical surface treatment process used to remove visible layers.
The products are processed by means of grinding wheels and oscillating or rotating vibration of the vibrating container, whereby a material removal is produced on the workpiece. The surface of the components can be infinitely varied by the many combinations of abrasives. The surface is deburred and smoothed, the layer traces are removed. In addition, the surface can be made shiny.
